Robert Jackson is an Emmy Award-winning Art Director and 3D Motion Designer based in Brooklyn, New York. As Art Director of 3D Motion Design for the New York Islanders at UBS Arena, he leads the concept, design and production of live in-arena content, including large-scale ice projections, video board and ribbon board packages, and sponsor takeovers. He introduced the arena's Unreal Engine pipeline and mentors emerging designers on his team.

Robert holds a BFA in Animation from California State University, Long Beach. His work spans 2D and 3D, from illustration and rotoscoping to real-time environments, built in Cinema 4D, After Effects and Unreal Engine. A lifelong illustrator, he began by creating artwork for the punk bands he toured with and continues to develop every project from the sketchbook first.
